Future Proof
Collaboration Proposal
Future Proof Intelligence × Matt Timmermans

You've been part of the foundation. Let's make this collaboration real.

This is a proposal to formalise your role in Future Proof: to have your contributions rewarded, and to give shape to what we build next. It is a serious offer, and it is yours.

Where we are

After a long process with the Italian government grant from Invitalia, we have reached the final stages and are looking at incorporation, in the next month, maybe two or three. When it lands, the ecosystem stops running on goodwill and starts running on a real structure.

When I think about the people who contributed strongly to the technical side while all of this was still forming, you're one of them. The platforms, the integrations, some of the earlier builds that shipped when something had to ship. You've been part of how it got made, mostly without anyone naming it.

So this is us saying: you're already part of this. Let's formalise it, reward what you've contributed, and give shape to what we build next.

The role, clearly

Five things you hold.

One technical and growth partner across the whole ecosystem. Not five separate jobs, one person who keeps the building safe and seen.

01

Security

Audit and ongoing review across Future Proof's platforms and the partner projects it builds and supports. The eyes-on-the-code layer so nothing leaks what shouldn't.

02

SEO and findability

Search integration and consulting across the Future Proof ecosystem and its partner projects. Making the discovery side of the funnel actually compound.

03

GEO

Generative engine optimisation across Future Proof Intelligence, Certified, and the partner projects. Being found and cited by the AI assistants people now ask first.

04

Email and comms

Deliverability and email risk across the sending infrastructure. Authentication, inbox health, and the trust that messages land where they should.

05

Partner integration and builds

Consulting on how partners plug into Future Proof: the shared data structures, what we hand a partner, how we build and style around their world. Plus the scrapers, apps, and technical voice when something has to ship.

The surfaces

Where this actually lands.

Future Proof builds, styles, and secures the platforms behind its own products and its partner projects. Internship Abroad is the flagship partner project: a separate company, run alongside Future Proof, whose product surfaces Future Proof helps build. Your work sits across both.

Security

Future Proof platforms

FPI, Certified, Command Center, agreements, proposals

The institutional face, plus the surfaces where trust matters most: agreements, partner intel, lead capture, and the auth behind them.

Security

Partner project platforms

Internship Abroad, AOLLOW, and others

The apps Future Proof builds and supports for its partner projects. Authentication, access, and the sensitive surfaces that need to hold up.

Consulting

Partner integration and data structures

how partners plug into Future Proof

The shared data model, what Future Proof hands a partner to plug in, and how we build and style around each partner's world. The reusable spine under the partner projects.

Growth

SEO and findability

across the ecosystem and partner projects

Technical SEO and integration across the surfaces, working alongside the content engines, plus the consulting on how it all compounds.

Growth

GEO across the ecosystem

FPI, Certified, and partner projects

Being cited by AI assistants, not just ranked by search. The authority and citation layer across the surfaces that matter most.

Growth

Email and deliverability

the sending infrastructure

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox health and warmup, and the risk review so outreach and partner mail land in inboxes and not in spam.

Cross cutting

Infrastructure and compliance baseline

scheduled tasks, Airtable, Make.com, GDPR, AI Act

How secrets are stored, how jobs authenticate, and the GDPR and AI Act gap view before the 2 Aug and 9 Dec 2026 deadlines bite.

For the record

What you've already carried.

Since March 2025 you've supported how Future Proof gets built. The list below records that delivered work. It is the basis for the engagement covering the months behind us.

Services delivered, March 2025 to today
  • Security audits across Future Proof's platforms and partner projects
  • Consulting on data integration and shared data structures
  • Codebase review and technical checks
  • Strategic and technical consulting on Future Proof's setup, including the build environment and operational tooling
  • Integration and build support across Future Proof's surfaces
How it runs

The structure, in plain terms.

The months behind us
The work already delivered since March 2025, captured as one summary engagement and invoiced once a short engagement letter is signed.
The work ahead
Security, SEO, GEO, email, partner integration, and builds, beginning now and invoiced as the work happens.
The numbers
EUR 14,000 to start: EUR 8,000 for the work already delivered, EUR 6,000 for the work ahead. That is about 175 hours at a standard EUR 80 per hour, broken out in the engagement letter so you can see it line by line. Anything beyond this scope is agreed and invoiced per engagement.
Invoice wording
Before the grant contract is signed, every invoice carries: "Spesa sostenuta nell'ambito del progetto Smart&Start Italia, domanda n. protocollo D716BC7D". Once the contract is signed, it switches to the funded wording with the project CUP. Future Proof tells you which applies at the moment you invoice. Standard EU B2B reverse charge IVA, NL to IT.
Payment
Invoices stay unpaid (non quietanzate) until the Italian company is incorporated and the first grant tranche lands. The company then pays you by bank transfer. Incorporation is imminent, first tranche shortly after.
One small thing

To set the invoicing up.

Attached to the email is a one page engagement letter. It holds the scope, the terms, and a short block for your company details: legal name, address, VAT number, and IBAN. Fill it, sign it, send it back, and you can invoice straight away with the right wording. That's the whole admin.

You helped lay the foundation. Now let's build what stands on it, together.
With love
Daniel
